These Terms & Conditions apply when you use choosecartsale.com or buy from Choose Cart Sale. Using the site means you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Using the site
- Buyers must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
- Information you give us must be accurate and complete.
- Don't misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.
Products
We work to show products accurately, but slight differences in color, packaging or design can happen. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and don't mean they endorse Choose Cart Sale.
Supplements, patches and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read labels and talk to a healthcare professional before use.
Prices and tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and fully refund you.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock, payment problems or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders of $65 or more ship free by standard delivery; smaller orders have a flat fee shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates, and risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Digital products and eGift cards
Software and eGift cards are delivered by email. Delivered codes can't be refunded unless defective or required by law, and are subject to the issuer's terms.
Intellectual property
The Choose Cart Sale name, logo, website design and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site. Manufacturer warranties still apply.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is registered and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first if anything goes wrong.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you order applies to that order.
